🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


🗓️ Return Window

You may request a return within [7 / 14 / 30] days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Digital products, custom orders, and clearance items are non-refundable, unless defective or stated otherwise.


💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • If your refund is late or missing, first check your bank account, then contact your card provider. Still no luck? Email us at support@ranbaxi.com


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@ranbaxi.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

❗ Exceptions

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software or digital goods

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
