Note: Digital products, custom orders, and clearance items are non-refundable, unless defective or stated otherwise.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@ranbaxi.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
